Pastoral Team Leader
St Jude’s Church, Southsea are looking for someone to develop and lead the pastoral care team within St Jude’s Church, working collaboratively with other members of the senior team to ensure good quality pastoral care across the church, especially to older adults. If you have a pastoral heart and long to see the Kingdom of God grow in this important ministry we would love to hear from you.
This role is Part Time (16 hours per week) and very flexible. The full time equivalent Salary Range is £25,020 - £27,800 (actual salary is £10,008 - £11,120). It is, initially, a fixed term role for 12 months.
