Night prayer on Monday night was in the style of Friday Fridge, which happens on Friday nights at St Jude's, Southsea. Delegates followed a series of prayer installations, which closely followed the liturgy for Compline or night prayer.
The Fridge-style night prayer included a variety of prayer installations, which included images projected onto the wall to illustrate parts of the liturgy.
Tuesday morning saw an inspirational talk from Abbot Notker Wolf in Chichester Cathedral. Afterwards he was presented with a crozier, a personal present from Bishop Kenneth.
Between listening to the abott and the Rev Dr Sabina Alkire, there was a chance to celebrate the Eucharist in the cathedral
Delegates and their guests also had a picnic and the chance to chat in beautiful weather outside the cathedral on Tuesday.
The varied styles of worship included this Eucharist in the round on Wednesday in the chapel, back at our conference base - the University of Chichester.
Worship of God was central to all that was done during the conference.
The speakers were consistently engaging and challenging. Here Larry Hurtado talks delegates through some Greek words used by the early Christians as he elaborates on how Jesus started to be worshipped as a God.
Wednesday night saw the conference dinner - a chance to eat and drink well, and enjoy each other's company
That night also saw comedy from Church Times cartoonist Dave Walker.
The Extended Eucharist the next morning included feedback from each of the 15 small groups that met during the conference. Conference organiser David Isaac gathered us together in the courtyard to listen to what each group had to say.
And the conference ended with a blessing and anointing with oil as delegates were encouraged to return, renewed and refreshed, to their ministry of creating and empowering disciples throughout our diocese
