Join worshippers at St Simon’s Church to mark 80 years since the end of the Second World War.

Their VE-Day 80 event includes a small quiz; a comedy sketch starring members of our congregation; singing and dancing led by Natalie, a professional singer who performs regularly at wartime themed events, including the annual D-Day event at Southwick; a supper of Coronation Chicken, vegetarian quiche, salad and a slice of spam, and closing with a VE Tribute and Prayer for Peace. 

Please come along in 1940s gear if the mood takes you, and bring your own drink and glass, to save our volunteers a lot of clearing up at the end. You can book tables of six for you, your family and friends. 

Adults: £12.50, teenagers: £5.
