Our day together is entitled ‘Encountering the World Church: Mission in the 21st century’, and will be led by one of our recently installed Canon Theologians of Portsmouth Cathedral, The Rev Canon Dr Duncan Dormor, General Secretary of USPG.

Duncan assumed the role of General Secretary at USPG in January 2018. An Anglican priest, published author, teacher, and public speaker, he brings extensive experience from his tenure at St John’s College, Cambridge, where he served as Dean of Chapel and President. Duncan holds degrees in Human Sciences, Theology, and Demography and is a member of Churches Together in Britain and Ireland’s Mission and Theological Advisory Group.

Duncan will be joined by his colleagues, The Rev Canon Dr Peniel Rajkumar, Theologian and Director of Global Mission, and Carol Miller, Church Engagement Manager, in providing three stimulating and interactive sessions for our learning together.
